BMW Group Retail Middle East was one of the first automobile manufacturers to establish a regional office, setting up operations in Dubai in 1994 in thirteen countries across the region. Its core focus was to maintain the global brand positioning and quality of service which BMW has become synonymous with across the globe. BMW Group has cemented its place as a true leader within the automotive industry through pioneering vision, cutting-edge innovation and an unparalleled driving experience, shaping the future of mobility.

The BMW Group regional office is comprised of a passionate team who actively support our fourteen regional retailers across various functions including sales, service, marketing and after-sales. Part of this operation is a major effort on training, with a new, dedicated state-of-the-art Retail Competency Centre for BMW service and sales personnel. This training facility, coupled with our passion for excellence, will lead us to overseeing countless successful product launches, which contributes to the remarkable year-on-year sales growth, making BMW Group one of the fastest growing luxury car manufacturers in the region.

All our retailers are held to the same high standards, and take the same pride in design quality, precision engineering and state-of-the-art technology. And the focus on opportunities for training and personal growth is maintained throughout, with our dedicated industry-leading facility based in the region.

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Abu Dhabi Motors (ADM) was founded in 1985 by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Butti Al Hamid in Abu Dhabi. Today, ADM employs more than 800 people with 14 facilities in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, some of which are the largest BMW Group showrooms in the world.

Abu Dhabi Motors set themselves apart by their commitment to service and sales excellence, and pledge to deliver low cost ownership solutions for their customers. Customer satisfaction is delivered, employing, retaining and developing only the very best people. Abu Dhabi Motors is also synonymous with fair business practices, ethics and transparent processes. Bahrain

Euro Motors has been the exclusive retailer of BMW Group in Bahrain since 1998, providing the finest standards of repair and customer service alongside the latest BMW vehicles. Euro Motors operates a large fleet of demonstration cars, which means it is able to offer customers test drives on 90% of its BMW model range.

With a total of 180 staff members working exclusively for BMW and MINI in their facility, Euro Motors have dedicated themselves to delivering excellent customer service, and it’s a commitment that has paid off. More than a premium car distributor, the Euro Motors name is now synonymous with the highest standards of trust and care, for customers, business partners and shareholders alike.

That commitment applies to their workforce too, who they train, develop and motivate with the essential skills and knowledge needed to grow professionally. And deliver the standards customers have come to expect. Euro Motors aim to not only meet but exceed expectations and become unequalled in the market place. Dubai, UAE

For over 42 years, Arabian Gulf Mechanical Centre (AGMC) has delivered premium automotive products and services to its customers as the exclusive importer for BMW Group cars and Motorrad in Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. Established in 1976, AGMC has now become one of the most important retailers for BMW Group Retail Middle East.

Currently, AGMC has 26 sales and service facilities across Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. These include four BMW showrooms, four MINI Showrooms, two Rolls-Royce Motor Cars showrooms for new and Provenance cars, as well as the world’s first Rolls-Royce Boutique. In addition they have three Certified Pre-Owned car showrooms under the BMW Premium Selection Programme and one BMW Motorrad showroom. Service facilities include two body shops, six workshops and two car storage facilities and the only Rolls-Royce dedicated state-of-the-art aftersales facility.

AGMC is passionately committed to the communities it serves and demonstrates this with supporting activities and events which help nurture the potential of the region. For example, AGMC has a partnership with Art Dubai and is also a key supporter of the BMW Contemporary series. This is a local initiative exclusive for the Middle East, which aims to strengthen intercultural dialogue by providing artists platforms to share their work and stories. In addition, AGMC has a long-standing relationship with Dubai Police, through which the very innovative BMW features are used with the aim of helping improve safety on the roads.

In 2017 AGMC welcomed its BMW iPerformance models – a fleet of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles. With lower fuel consumption and less CO2 emissions, the new fleet of green, low-emission hybrid cars from AGMC is helping to carve a new path in the region’s approach to sustainably-led transport.

Also in 2017, AGMC has become the proud provider of Emirates Airlines’ vehicle fleet, providing BMW 520i Tourings to all of the airline’s Business Class passengers.

Iraq

Al Uroush Automotive is owned by Al-Bunnia Group and Ali Alghanim & Sons Automotive Company, two groups which have been working with the BMW brand in Iraq since 1988.

With years of experience in the Iraqi automotive industry, and a well-established and respected reputation, Al Uroush Automotive Trading is taking BMW to new heights in the country.

The new facility is based in Erbil and has been built to BMW's premium international standards. It comprises a showroom for new car sales, and state-of-the-art workshop areas for maintenance and aftersales powered by the latest diagnostic equipment. These are operated by technicians trained to the highest standards needed to meet the expectations of BMW customers.

Jordan

Abu Khader Group was founded in 1937 as a family business. Today, it is managed by the family’s third generation members, who have continued to expand the business with new subsidiaries and specialised divisions. The result is an integrated group of companies, each with its own independent management. A decentralised structure that allows each company in the group to stay close to its market segment and customers.

With subsidiaries in Palestine, Egypt, The United Arab Emirates and Lebanon, The Abu Khader Group is now one of Jordan’s leading business groups, covering all areas of the automotive industry.

In 2015, BMW Abu Khader Automotive became a pioneer in the region by fully launching the BMWi sub-brand with both the BMW i8 and the all-electric BMW i3. Following this, in 2016, Abu Khader Automotive launched the BMW iPerformance line-up of plug-in hybrid vehicles becoming the first premium vehicle importer in Jordan to present this technology. As a result, Abu Khader received three Excellence in Sales awards in 2016, and a fourth award in 2017 as one of the best retailers across Africa, Caribbean, Eastern Europe, Asia and Pacific Middle East.

Kuwait

Ali Alghanim & Sons Automotive Company was founded in Kuwait in 1986, initially as the exclusive retailer for BMW vehicles. Since then, it has built a reputation for operational and service excellence.

Today, its 22,000 sqm facility is widely recognised as a landmark in Kuwaiti architecture, with over 700 employees. One of the world’s largest automotive showrooms, it features split-level sales areas, distinctive suspended office blocks, in-house parking for 300 cars, fully-equipped service centres, and lifestyle boutiques. Ali Alghanim & Sons Automotive offers the full range of aftersales services, including body shop, parts and accessories, and a 24-hour roadside assistance service. Backed by cutting-edge equipment and highly trained staff, Ali Alghanim & Sons Automotive deliver an unparalleled level of both sales and aftersales services and customer care.

By remaining synonymous with quality and excellence, Ali Alghanim & Sons aspires to exceed the expectations of its sophisticated clientele by delivering a superior retail experience. Lebanon

Founded in 1951, Bassoul-Heneine are dedicated to making great cars even greater by bringing to life their "Passion For Excellence” through a professional, personalised and premium service.

MINI and BMW Motorrad joined the family in 2002 and 2003 respectively, and with it came new workshops to ensure a bespoke service. These facilities have been extensively remodelled and refurbished in recent years to maintain the luxury, premium experience that BMW Group customers expect. Today the two sales facilities and one service facility employ around 170 members of staff.

Internationally trained service technicians, technology and diagnostic systems experts, certified sales and aftersales teams, they all come together to create an unrivalled standard of service. Because Bassoul-Heneine are dedicated to making great cars even greater. Through professional, personalized and premium services they believe that “Passion for Excellence” is more than just a slogan, it’s the way they do business.

Oman

Al Jenaibi International Automobiles was established in 2003 by Sheikh Suhail Bahwan Group. It’s the exclusive importer for BMW, MINI, and authorized dealers for Rolls-Royce in Oman. Al Jenaibi has achieved huge success since becoming the exclusive importer for the BMW Group, having one of the biggest premium car showrooms in the country, housing the three brands alongside three service facilities in the Sultanate of Oman.

Over 270 trained and dedicated technicians and staff work to provide unparalleled sales and aftersales services to their esteemed premium clients. Al Jenaibi International Automobiles continually invest in training and development for their staff. They regularly invest in state-of-the-art infrastructure and technical equipment to provide customers with the best available products from the BMW Group portfolio.

Pakistan

Dewan Motors aims to enrich the lives of their customers by providing ultimate care in the premium automobile sector. Dewan Motors announced its partnership with BMW Group in January 2004 after having established sales and aftersales facilities to cater to the needs of its high-valued customers. Currently, Dewan Motors have five sales and aftersales facilities across three major cities, namely Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, employing BMW-trained personnel in almost every department.

Dewan Motors is successfully running its business by employing and retaining highly-qualified professionals, motivating and inspiring them to go the extra mile. In the words of one employee: “Every day is a new day at Dewan! The company has given me the opportunity to expand my horizons and acquire skills that enable me to work independently for the company’s goals and profitability”, Atif Asad Jan, Head of Marketing.

Palestine

The Palestine Motors Company was established in Palestine in 1994 as a subsidiary of Al Khader Group. Ever since the BMW dealership was acquired in 2013, they have been the exclusive dealers in BMW vehicles in Palestine.

Today more than 65 employees work for Palestine Motors Company, across one showroom and one service centre located in Ramallah, Baitunyia, Abu Jihad College Street.

Built on the core foundation of family values, everyone at Palestine Motors Company is encouraged to challenge the status quo and go the extra mile. Qatar

Established in 1996, Alfardan Automobiles is the official importer in Qatar for BMW and MINI. Its landmark showrooms are backed by a full complement of aftersales facilities, fully equipped with the latest computerization in service and diagnostic tools and technologies.

Alfardan Automobiles has been expanding its investments to widen the availability of these brands across the fast-growing state of Qatar. With 8 facilities across Doha and a talented, dedicated and ambitious workforce of c. 250 employees, Alfardan Automobiles has maintained its leading reputation.

The Alfardan mission is to offer superlative luxury products and services that exceed customer expectations in the thriving economy of Qatar. The foundation is built on family values, with a focus on the customer, integrity and transparency. But their eye is fixed firmly on the future. The team is determined to lead in the latest technologies and become a regional leader and innovator, setting new standards for customer experiences. Saudi Arabia

Since 1990, Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors have been the official retailer for BMW Group in Saudi Arabia.

In the past two decades, Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors opened showrooms and service centres for BMW Group brands all over Saudi Arabia, from Jeddah and Riyadh to Al Khobar. Today, they have 10 facilities, including a Rolls Royce facility, and employ 740 members of staff.

A full range of services is offered and delivered by fully trained BMW technicians in state-of-the-art workshops and body shops, with a comprehensive supply of parts and accessories. The world's largest BMW Group Service Centre for its time opened in Jeddah in 2008 as part of an $8 million expansion plan which included the new Fast Line Service. And in Riyadh, a new Premium Selection Showroom for BMW & MINI was opened, part of a process of continuing expansion, investment and upgrades of both existing and new facilities.

Their vision combines an uncompromising focus on premium products with a desire to inspire customers with memorable and unique experiences. It is a vision that Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors aims to bring to life in Saudi Arabia and which guides every aspect of their business.
